Rental Conditions and Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival.

Stays of up to 10 days: THB 1,000 per day.
Stays longer than 10 days: THB 14,000.

The deposit is returned at the end of the stay, subject to the deduction of electricity charges and any other applicable deductions under the rental agreement.

Electricity is charged separately at THB 9 per kWh. Water, high-speed Wi-Fi and IPTV are included.
